SPR# JDEN64FQ73 - Fixed an NSD problem where the file reported "file: line 1: bad number in magic file" when /etc/magic file was not in the codepage of the server.

Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR #JDEN64FQ73 and has been
fixed in release 6.0.5 and 6.5.4.

SPR# JDEN64FQ73 - Fixed an NSD problem where the file reported "file: line 1:

A workaround would be to iconv the /etc/magic file; however, this will not work
